Since 2008, David has been working as a higher education policy analyst for Eurydice, the European education information network. He is involved in all higher education projects at Eurydice, and has coordinated 5 editions of the Bologna Process Implementation Report (from 2012 to 2024), which monitor the progress of participating countries in implementing agreed European Higher Education Area commitments.

The fifth edition of the Bologna Process Implementation Report covers a broad range of thematic areas – from key commitments on degree structures, quality assurance and recognition to fundamental values, the social dimension and internationalisation. This reflects the evolving higher education policy agenda in Europe.

Before joining Eurydice, David worked at the European University Association between 2002 and 2008. He worked on projects developing European university cooperation, including studies on joint degree programmes, and the Trends reports on university responses to Bologna reforms.
