Background

ARACIS has been a member of the European Consortium for Accreditation in Higher Education (ECA) since September 2022, when the agency’s application was approved.

Membership of the Consortium gives the Agency the possibility to award the ECA Certificate of Quality in Internationalisation, which certifies that study programmes or institutions have successfully incorporated significant international and intercultural dimensions in their work. The ECA Certificate of Quality in Internationalization can be awarded following an external evaluation carried out by ARACIS in accordance with the ECA Methodology.

Activities within ECA

As a member of the ECA, ARACIS participates in events organised by the Consortium, such as seminars, working groups or trainings, and has the possibility to access the services and assistance offered by the ECA, as well as opportunities for networking and exchange of good practices
