The Evaluation Panel was composed by:
– Prof. Jurgen KOHLER – Germany: Professor of Private Law at the University of Greifswald, whose rector he was between 1994 and 2000. Between 2005-2007 he was the President of the German Council of Accreditations.
He is a member of the Council of Europe’s Committee on Higher Education and Research, as a representative of German universities, he is a member of the EUA Board in the field of institutional evaluations. At the same time, he is a co-editor of “Handbooks on Quality Assurance” and “Bologna Process”, member of various evaluation commissions / accreditation of study programs and higher education institutions / quality assurance agencies
– Lesley Wilson – United Kingdom: Secretary General of EUA, former director of UNESCO -CEPES and of the Tempus Bureau
– Thierry Malan – France: Honorary Inspector General of the Administration for Education and Research in France, is a graduate of ENA – Ecole Nationale de l’Administration – Paris and has worked in the field of quality assurance and evaluation in higher education
– Lewis PURSER – Ireland: Director of the Academic Affairs Department of the Irish Association of Universities and institutional evaluator at EUA since 1998
