2. How can an appeal or a complaint be submitted?
If the beneficiary considers that the external evaluation was not carried out objectively, is not based on clear evidence, or that the criteria established by the evaluation methodology and/or the evaluation procedures were not correctly applied, they have the right to contest the results of the external evaluation within a maximum of 15 days from the date of receipt of the communication of the External Evaluation Report.
Higher education institutions may submit appeals or complaints in accordance with the provisions of the ARACIS Procedure for solving appeals and complaints submitted in external quality evaluation processes.
3. What are the fees charged by ARACIS?
The fees for the external evaluation of education providers / educational institutions from abroad are established by decision of the ARACIS Council.
